SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
HOW TO ORDER:

PAYMENT METHODS:
1. We accept major credit cards (Visa and Master Card). Please contact our office to make arrangements for any other payment method.
2. For credit card payments, please make sure the cardholder’s name, billing address, and zip code is exactly as listed on your credit card company’s file. Incorrect or incomplete information will delay your order.
TAXES:
Swiss Pac USA charges sales tax for non-resale items shipped within Florida. We will gladly waive the sales tax for tax-exempted customers. Please fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate at 305-456-5453 or email it to sales@swisspacusa.com
SHIPPING:
1. All prices are F.O.B. Miami-Dade, Florida unless other stated.
2. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped.
3. All orders will receive a confirmation by telephone or email with tracking information for the shipment.
4. All shipments will be carefully checked prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
5. Swiss Pac USA will ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please contact our office if an alternate shipping method is required.
6. Swiss Pac USA will drop ship orders anywhere within the United States upon request.
7. Some of our products are drop shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. 30 days money back guarantee with no restocking fee, no returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. All items returned for exchange must be in original package, free of markings, and in clean, resalable condition. Swiss Pac USA will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn or have any missing parts.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Customized merchandise and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned or exchanged unless the products are defected or misprinted.
5. Products installed with Valves and Tin Tie applications are included as customized merchandise and may not be returned.
6. The customer is responsible for all freight charges (to and from) for the returned items
7. There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received.
8. Please be aware that replacements are subject to availability.
9. All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures or will not be accepted. Please see RMA Procedures below for return merchandise instructions.
10. Any returns that do not follow RMA procedures are subject to a $25 per case handling fee.
RMA PROCEDURES:
1. Please contact our office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Returned items must be received within 14 days of a RMA number being originally issued.
3. A copy of the original packing list must be included with the return package.
4. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
5. Any returned products without an RMA number on the outside of the package, or if the RMA number is over 14 days from the date it was originally assigned, then Swiss Pac USA has the right to refuse the shipments.
Swiss Pac USA encourages customers to use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for package lost in the mail or damaged in transition.
